We have grown from our humble beginnings of helping neighboring farmers buy and sell produce, but the philosophy and practice of giving back remains unchanged. From providing educational workshops for our farmers to regularly donating fresh produce to coordinating farm and warehouse tours for school groups and culinary professionals, we get involved in a multitude of ways.
We're a proud, Diamond-level sponsor of the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival. Their mission is to promote Hawai`i as a premier, culinary destination. Every year, the festival gives culinary students hands-on mentoring opportunities with world-renowned chefs, while the proceeds benefit over fourteen local charities. We not only donate over 800 different types of fresh produce, sourcing from our base of local farmers, but also over 250 hours of planning and coordination to support this amazing event.
“Mahalo Armstrong Produce! Twenty-five years of relationships – we wouldn’t be here without your support of our local farmer friends and partners.”
“Hawai‘i is now known as a culinary destination. This has only been possible because of the commitment and support of our local distributors to our farmers and growers. We applaud Armstrong Produce for the years of excellent customer service they have provided to Roy’s and Eating House 1849 Restaurants, as well as for their support of the Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival.”

“Our student-athletes are ecstatic to receive these delicious fruits, which help them recover and refuel. We definitely see a big difference in their energy level as they replace key nutrients they lost while working out.”
“Upon graduating, I am looking forward to furthering my education by attending KCC to focus on Pastry Arts. With this scholarship, it will motivate me to work even harder and exceed expectations I have set for myself. This financial aid will allow me to focus more on my studies and help with future educational investments.”
“I’m honored to be chosen as the recipient of this award. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say, “Thank you!” This grant money will allow me to focus more on my schoolwork and progression for my education and career goals as well as purchase a culinary knife and book set. After graduation, I plan to work in the food industry in hopes of running my own restaurant one day.”
